Please insure your parcel, we not taking any responsibility for uninsured parcels.  In the case of a lost parcel, we will submit the claim to the SAPO.  Once the claim is paid by the post office, the money will be deposited into the client’s account.  If you are not in agreement with this arrangement then perhaps you should not bid on our items

Return policy 

Two weeks return of items for refund based on mutual agreement between seller and buyer.  Postage to buyer and back to seller is not refundable, only the item.
