1) We have a strict No Guarantee - No Return – No Refund Policy. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU BUY !
In the event that we do agree to the exchange or refund of an item (Completely at our own discretion only) , we will not refund any packaging and postage.
2) Payments must be made within 24 hours after the auction closes , unless stated otherwise in the description of the item.
3) If no payment is received after 3 days , a SNC (Sale Not Completed) will be filed and a NEGATIVE rating will be given. In cases where the selling price was more than R1000-00 , we may also consider reporting non-payers to the Credit Bureau , as you did in fact enter into a legal contract.

4) Payments are only considered to be “received” when it reflects on our bank statement , and only then will parcels be posted or released.

It will also be your responsibility to track or trace your parcel , as the ownership and risk will pass over to the buyer at the moment of dispatch of the parcel.
