New -Sterling Silver and Genuine Ruby and Diamonds - Ring

This elegant  and detailed ring is beautifully  crafted in sterling silver ,stamped 925- and  hand set with one  6.00x 4.00 mm octagonal/ emerald  cut  ruby,total carat weight -+ o.76 ct., deep red colour , good lustre   and 8 pieces of  genuine round cut -white diamonds.08ct , 4 pieces on each sides, in excelent condition, new ring.
