1. Usually, Dresses can be finished within 3 weeks.
After dresses finished, Inspectors will check and even alter them.
2. Qualified dresses are delivered by DHL/EMS/UPS/GPS International Express (3-7 business days). And customer will be informed by Email at the same time.
3. The payment we accept is Paypal, other payments please contact us.
4. If payment is not sent within 7 days, negative feedback will be left and you will be reported as a non-paying bidder. If you need more time to pay, please tell us in advance.
5. The dress is made according to pictures. If required, we can take photos of your dress and send pictures to you before shipping.
6. We realize the inconvenience for on-net purchase and thus do offer returns to our wedding gowns or any other items.
7. SO we accept returns on items in perfect, brand new condition. We must be contacted within 3 days of receipt of the items to be eligible for a return. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after the 3 day inspection period. Shipping &handing fee is not refundable.
