A mere 2.5 hours drive from Pretoria and just 84km from Sun City, in the heart of the Marico Bushveld, Phokoje Game Lodge offers guests a peaceful and relaxing bushveld experience.

Phokoje  is famous for the local special drink, called Mampoer, made from fruit and also known as 'moonshine'

A Mampoer tour can be organised for guests to taste all the different Mampoer flavours. Bottles of mampoer, jam and rusks can be bought so take some money with.

THIS IS A TENTED CAMP. There is R300.00 key / breakage refundable fee to be paid on arrival.
This is not a timeshare resort. The tents have got a kitchen allocated to them, away from the tent. Only MTN can be picked up outside. There is no Vodacom reception at all. Wood and charcoal is available to buy. In the evening the table can be set outside by the braai area. All tents have baths and some have outside showers. A tent can sleep a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (under 7). Two tents will be allocated for one booking so its comfortable for 6 people. Please be advised that there is only one television set on the resort in the communal TV room. Smoking is allowed in the bar area which has airconditioning. No pets allowed on the resort.
The 2/06 sleepers is tent accomodation.
