Instructions:
1. Make sure to charge spot welder once per month at minimum to maintain battery charge and prevent internal battery from losing its capacity and charging capability.2. Pay attention to the pressure when using the spot welder. The harder you press, the less heat, the lighter you press, the greater the heat. Pressing too light will cause perforation, too heavy and point not firm. So you need the right strength, do not press too hard.
3. The battery you weld on should be polished smooth, remove the surface of any oxide layer and ensure surface is even. If black oxidation occurs on tip of pen, please use fine sandpaper to polish and smooth the tip.
4. Use the most pointed point of the pen. Soldering method: Visually see the welding tip, and the horizontal plane into 60° grip, two needles at the same time pressed in the nickel surface, good contact, current flows from one needle to the other needle, high current melting nickel for a good weld. Copper, aluminum surface can not be welded, rusty surface can not be welded, smooth stainless steel surface can be welded normally.
