RESPONSIBILITY & GUARANTEES Loss/Damage in Transit: Shipping via SAPO is at the Buyers Risk - we do not accept responsibility for items that have gone astray, been damaged in transit or been tampered with - issues with SAPO are the responsibility of the Buyer, the only exception is where the optional additional SAPO Insurance has been opted for at the charge of 3% of the Parcel cost, in which case we offer a refund ONLY in the event a claim has been successfully lodged against S.A.P.O. and limited to the amount we are refunded. If Not As Described: In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund if the item is returned in original condition and packaging. This does not include shipping costs and a 5% return fee will be charged for administrative costs.
