· Delivery Estimates We do not carry stock in Johannesburg, most of all items we offer are sourced through one of the WorldinPortrait warehouses located in the, Hong Kong and the USA and there will always be a minimum period of at least 10 working days (from when your order is processed) before the goods will be available for dispatch from our JHB office. Delivery times may be longer due to factors beyond our control like customs delays, weather conditions etc. We attempt to quote as accurate a delivery estimate as possible and this estimate is provided to you when your order is processed. · Shipping Rates We offer a flat rate shipping of R 100 excluding insurance. We recommend insurance on valuable items which is available at 4% of your parcel value. We will not be held liable for damage/loss/theft of uninsured items once they have been collected by Speedservices.
