About me: I am a private individual / photographer (not an SA shop or importer) who has the opportunity to often travel abroad where I purchase a few photographic products to resell in SA at a reasonable price to earn a bit of pocket money.....Normally I purchase & resell high end photographic products as there is a slim chance of anything ever going wrong with these products.....As with all products, the warranty is limited to the Country of purchase and hence in the event of a complication arising you will need to send the product back to the Country of purchase (in this instance the USA)  for the warranty to be honored.....As a matter of interest most SA shops etc will return the product to the SA distributor who will in turn send the product abroad if it involves a complication which cannot be resolved in SA, hence the waiting period is normally longer than if you just did it yourself...All the photographic products I sell have official serial numbers and will be accompanied with all warranty documentation.
