It is faster and sharper than Nikkor's 70-300mm G and D series AF lenses

This lens will be a 105-310mm zoom on DX and 70-210mm on FX camera's

It has a macro/close focus function at 70mm

Please remember this will still be a manual focus lens on DSLR's

The lens is in excellent condition and virtually unmarked

There is the slightest bit of paint wear on the edges of focus ring and on the nose(filter edge)

The focus is very smooth as is the zoom which is not to loose either

The glass is spotless,clear,haze and fungus free

The f-stops are nice and positive,aperture is snappy with clean oil free blades

The lens is supplied with original Nikon front and rear caps and a 62mm Skylite Filter

This lens will not meter correctly on Nikon D40,D60,D3000/3100 and D5000/5100
