Our newest range of baskets will have you mesmerised by the colours and organic shapes. These unique vessels have been woven by hand with close attention to pattern, form and colour. Each one is crafted using durable elephant grass. The artists add water to soften the grasses enough to sculpt them into their organic and unique shapes. Coloured stitching then covers the entire vessel giving each one it's unique personality. They have multiple uses but their main purpose is to bring beauty to your space.
Details
The Nile basket has a flat base, a wide belly and tapers upwards to a narrower opening. Horizontal stripes in brown and black are complimented by the flat grey lid which features a loop handle.
Useful for laundry and storage but as mentioned previously this basket's main purpose is to be admired.
