Whether youre taking on Dragaux himself in Adventure mode, getting a short workout in Quickplay or playing Ring Fit Adventures lively minigames youll always be exercising and having fun doing it!
Ring Fit Adventure allows you to adjust the overall intensity of your workout too, making it suitable for your current fitness level, as well as offering a more traditional workout with Sets mode, which lets you perform individual exercises like you would in a gym.
On your adventure youll come across numerous enemies, which youll defeat using the new Ring-Con controller! By performing the exercise chosen on screen with the Ring-Con, youll journey through this colourful world, level up, and get fit!
