Each time after use for removing any body oil or the residue on the surface that

may reduce the effectiveness of the adhesive. Just use mild soap and warm water

     for cleaning.

1.HoldNipple Pad in your hand. Wet the adhesive surface with warm water and add a small amount of mild soap. Use your palm of the other hand to create a circular motion softly.

DO NOT USE your fingernails that may damage the adhesive.

2.Rinse with warm water. Shake off excess water and put it into the original tray

for AIR DRY.

3.Cover with the lid when it is completely dried on the original tray, preventing from gathering of dust and lint on the adhesive surface. The better you care for
