No Friends Of Harry-Into the Valley ( 80`s SA alt-rock legends rare 2nd album-fully signed by band)

No Friends Of Harry`s 2nd album featuring " The Present Has Passed" and their stunning cover of The Stones` "Paint It Black". NFOH albums in this condition are very rare these days as the pressings were limited and Goth/Alt collectors tend to hold on to them. This copy has clearly not been played and is Near Mint condition (I reserved MINT for sealed records) and honestly doesn't come better than this. The sleeve has some tiny creases and a touch of scuffing at the bottom-graded EX. The bonus here is the inclusion of the original 2 page lyric sheet fully signed by the members and the manager , Mark. The non signed side is sunlight exposed and faded around the edges and the page with the signatures also has a touch of fading around the edges-however the signatures in blue marker pen are crisp and bright.  Overall I'm going to grade the inner as VG+. The rarity of this item is borne out of the fact that only 2 copies appear on Discogs with a Near Mint copy going for 89 Euros. Plus i have not seen a signed copy for years.
