Goods sold are not refundable unless item is not as described. Buyer pay all return shipping cost & shipping fee will not be refunded. All watches must be return in original condition without any physical changes. (e.g. scratches, shortening of bracelet etc). All watches are pre-check before shipping however if watches are found to be faulty, the buyer must contact seller. within 7 days of receiving the watch and the watch will be replace at Seller’s option.
