Requirements/Terms:
- Copy of ID + pages 4 & 5
- Proof of Residence
- Proof of Income
- 3 months bank statements (no internet statements)
- Salary of R3000+/pm
- No black listings
- No debt review or administration
- No returned debits on your bank account used for the application (3 months)
- You will also be required to complete an application form online on our website once the product is purchased, this must then be signed and faxed back to us on a number that will be provided.
If you should fail to comply with the above mentioned terms of this agreement within a reasonable time of 5 working days. You then agree to become liable for a charge equal to 1 x monthly Fee of the contract. That is a once off fee of R59 incl. VAT in this case. You shall become liable for this immediately and failure to make payment within 2 working days will constitute breach of contract concluded here and make yourself liable for remedies of breach of contract. You also hereby agree that should this matter be brought before a court of law you will also become liable for the costs involved for both parties. If you are denied a contract because of a fact or surcumstance beyond your control or knowlage the success charge levied by bidorbuy.co.za on the sale of our item will be for your account as well.
All applications are subject to credit approval by Cell C!
Upon approval you will be billed in arrears by Cell C for your subscription and all other fees and charges.
