Our barrier fabric has a unique quad-laminate construction which incorporates low lint non-woven outer layers sandwiching dual inner layers of microbers that give our Non-Sterile Impervious Gown its exceptional barrier properties. This unique composite construction delivers a fabric with high tensile strength.
Our unique perforation design allows for easy, rapid removal of the gown post use. In addition, built in thumb loops prevent the gowns from riding up the arm upon use and allow for easy application of surgical gloves. Sewn seams provide superior strength and are able to withstand harsh treatment.
The tie-tapes are long enough for a buttery knot on either side of the waist. They are free of loose threads and highly durable. The waist tie is sewn rmly at the side (either left or right) to minimize the uid penetration through the sewing stitches (traditionally a weak point). In addition, the high uid and particulate barrier is complemented by excellent breathability.
Our Non-Sterile Impervious Gown is designed to provide superior protection against strike-through of uid and bacteria to meet the needs of the wide variety of medical applications, e.g. isolation wards, ICUs, emergency rooms and maternity wards.
