How to Use
Microwave method:
Place your menstrual cup in the sterilising cup and fill with clean water to cover it.
Rest the lid loosely on top (do not seal airtight).
Microwave for 3-5 minutes until water boils.
Allow to cool, pour out water, air-dry the cup and store.
Boiling-water method (no microwave):
Place your menstrual cup inside and pour in freshly boiled water to cover it.
Close the lid loosely and leave for 5 minutes.
Cool, empty, and air-dry.
Care & Safety
Wash with mild, fragrance-free soap and water before first use and after each use.
Do not seal the lid tightly during heating-steam must escape.
Use caution when removing hot water. Keep out of reach of children.
