You will receive a USERNAME & PASSWORD via bidorbuy message and to your bidorbuy registered email address.
1. How long is the warranty? The warranty is for the duration of your license.
2. How many devices am I allowed? You are allowed to use the account on up to 3 devices. If you exceed this, you account may be suspended and your warranty will be void.
3. How long will it take for me to receive the account? Your account details will be delivered within 12 hours of purchase. Normally this is within 15 minutes or less.
4. I want to share it with a friend, can I? Yes, but you can only have 3 devices per purchase total.
5. Do you upgrade my account? No, we supply you with a authorized SHARED account login.
6. Can I change password/email? No, this is part of a shared account and the provided details is registered as such.
7. What if the account stops working before warranty ends? We will replace it for free.
PAYMENT & DELIVERY
Payment has to be within 48 hrs of close of auction, or the product will be re-listed. Software will be send between 08:00 and 16:00 daily, Monday to Friday. In some instances product keys will be sent after hours or over weekends. NO keys will be sent on Sundays. All corrospondence will be done Monday to Friday. Should you require an invoice, please request one during checkout. Invoices can take up to 24 hours to be sent.
