DESIGNED AND RELEASED EXCLUSIVELY BY NORITAKE IN THEIR RANGE OF LEGENDARY FINE PORCELAIN DINNERWARE DURING THE 1980's, THIS REMARKABLE DESIGN IS NORITAKE'S "WILLEN 4044" PATTERN.     EACH ITEM DISPLAYS A BLUE BAND ALONG WITH GOLD TRIM UPON THE RIM AND A GORGEOUS PASTEL COLOR FLORAL CHARM GENTLY EMBOSSED WITH ENAMEL.   THE CENTER PORTION OF EACH ITEM HAS ALSO BEEN ADORNED WITH GOLD TRIM
