OK ... did belong to a school library before - Very, very scarce - Date sheet and envelope at the back - 1947 was a unusually good year as I, Roza, was born then - Some markings on front board - (See picture) - Many illustrations by Mary Adshead - I could only trace four other first editions of this title worldwide ranging from $ 90 to $ 240.   >>>   Such a fun filled adventurous book !!  Of course, you night want to read  Bedknob and Broomstick, FIRST, and then enjoy this book after!    -   Very very different from the Disney movie Bedknobs and Broomsticks, but still fun, just the same! You can see where some of the ideas came from, from this book and the first.   -   Although it may be different from the film, it was a super fun and funny read!
