All the above bolded countries have in-depth definitive catalogues written which also serve to host & store the bank notes in them with an up to date pricing schedules appended which are updated annually. The non-bolded country names have catalogues that are in a draft form and will be released sometime in the future after being fully researched and approved by the appropriate authorities.
