Creatine is a naturally occurring element, found in high concentrations in foods such as salmon, tuna, ostrich, lean red meat etc. Thanks to Creatine HCL, there is no loading phase, cycling or water retention, usually associated with creatine monohydrate. SUGGESTED USE:
- Take 4 or 5 capsules 30 minutes before training.
- On non-training days, take 4 or 5 capsules on an empty stomach, upon waking.
