I'm selling my 970 as I upgraded to and RTX GPU as I do VR development.
GPU has never been overclocked and still purrs like a kitten.
I can still run most games on ulta, but for Rage 2 that I needed to put it on High to get decent FPS.
Just make sure you have a decent PSU (500w+) I have a 750w and the right cables to plug into the card for power.
I included a DVI to HDMI converter should you have 2X HDMI screens like me.
