Official (1896) ZAR Blue Books on the Jameson Raid

Two scarce, key documents about an important event  in South African history, being a contributory cause of, and prelude to the Anglo-Boer War:

Vol No. 1, 1896.  Correspondentie van de Zuid-Afrikaansche Republiek met betrekking tot de Beroeringen in den Aanvang van 1896; and

Vol No. 2, 1896.  Stukken Betrekken Hebbende op den inval van de troepen der British South Africa Company in de Zuid-Afrikaansche Republiek.

Published by the Staatsprocureur, Zuid-Afrikaansche Republiek, Pretoria, 1896, and printed by the Staatsdrukkerij van de Z.A. Republiek.

Very well read copies, the bindings have become loose and the original printed wrappers (stained and chipped at margins) are detached, usual foxing and chipping, but otherwise the books appear to be complete.
