Oils on board in very old frame - artist unknown to me - I cannot make the signature out

For sale is this lovely painting (oil on board) of a farmhouse in mountain surrounding.

The artist's signature appears in the left hand corner, but I cannot make it out.  It is quite a long signature and the first two letters is AJ (I suppose it is the initials) and the the next letter looks like a S (which looks to me as if this could be the first letter of the surname of the artist - I really cannot make it out)

I was informed by a BOB user today that he believes the artist could be AJ Swanepoel (SA artist)
I can't confirm that, but please compare this information with the signature on the photo

The size of the painting is 40 cm X 30 cm

The frame adds another 4.5 cm around all the edges

Postage/shipping fees R60.  Painting will be strictly shipped individuaIly, and no combined packing or shipping fees available on any painting. I will pack item very carefully, but will not be liable for any damages/breakages/losses during postal services/shipping.
Insurance through post office is optional at 2% of value of item, and at buyer's own cost and own choice.  Please add 2% of value of item  to amount payable if item must be insured.  If payment is done via cash deposit, PLEASE ADD R16.50 to the payable amount to cover bank charges on cash depositos.
Payment for item must be within 3 days after close of sale.  Items not paid for, may be relisted and NPC be filed.
I will post the the item the first Monday after the close of the sale and after payment reflects in my account.
Payment must be made via BOBPay EFT.
