This must be one of the tastiest sweet potatoes I have ever had. Such a creamy and slightly nutty flavour makes it a side dish or for me it was the star of the meal.
Keep the cuttings in the coco peat mix that I send it in, in a warm area. Not in full sun but on a patio or kitchen counter that gets good light is perfect. They root the fastest in nutrient rich water. If you have a fish tank or aquaponic system you will enjoy these sweet potatoes in no time.
