Old Collectable Nippon Binoculars

I have no idea how old these binoculars are, it comes in its own fitted hard case, however,
the bottom has been fixed with board (not by me).

Measurements:
The hard case: 22cm wide, 19,5cm high
9cm at deepest point on top of lid
