This is an Old Foley Tiered Cake stand with blue flowers and sprigs. It stands about 26cm tall to the top of the handle and comes apart (I will take apart to ship). The bottom plate is about 23cm in diameter adn the top plate about 16cm in diameter. There is some wear to the gilding on the edges. There is also some crazing to the plates.
