An old pressed glass bowl used for sugar cubes.  It has a metal lid that has extendable tongs underneath when pressed to lift the sugar cubes.

 

It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.  The lid has some very tiny scratches showing signs of use, but only upon very close inspection. 

The jar stands 9cm tall, and measures 11.5cm at its widest.
