Old leather hat box

A charming and well travelled dark brown leather hat box. it has a number of scuff marks on the leather and minor signs of rust on the clasp, but the silk lined interior is in good condition. The lid is separate from the box and press studs on at the back. I am not sure if this was the design or whether a joint at the back has come apart. There is no tearing on the leather. Inside is a lable which reads it's a Paragon. Measures 40 x 36 x 20cm. A decorative item.
