Old South African Ikapa Town Council Municipal Police Shoulder Flash

(This shoulder flash is part of a private collection that was collected 25 years ago)

The obsolete yellow on green tupperware (rubberised) flash is in excellent condition. It was worn by the municipal police working in the townships in and around Cape Town, who amalgamated with the Cape Town City Council in the late 1990s. It measures 10.5cm x 7.3cm.
