This telephone does not work.

The inside working parts of this phone are virtually non existant.

The wood has been damaged in places and there is a crack on the ear-piece.The mouth piece has a piece broken out measuring 20mm x 6mm.

The handpiece is not bakelite but plastic.

The base at the back that goes against the wall measures 389mm x 222mm, and not counting the shelf or the bells, is 117mm deep.

The whole bangshoot weighs approximately 4 kgs, so a serious rawl-bolt should be considered.

According to the post office, this will take 5 to 6 days.

Should you live in the Johannesburg area within a reasonable distance to Parktown, delivery could be made hand to hand at a designated area once payment has been received.  This should cut your costs if you have won on a low bid.
