Olympus OM-20 (OM-G) 35mm Film SLR with Olympus OM 50mm f/1.8 and OM-mount 'CCT' 80-200mm f/3.9 lenses.
The camera itself has one defect in that its light meter has begun measuring incorrectly, to the point of becoming useless. Otherwise the camera still functions properly, correctly triggering a manual flash/strobe attached to the hotshoe or via PC-sync cable when last used with these in March, and adhering to its manually dialed in shutter speeds.
Note that the camera still requires batteries to operate, else it will always shoot at 1/60th of a second while not powered, though it will still close and reopen the aperture. The focus screen is only slightly yellowed, with some black spots which appear to be dust on the back-side; you can remove the focus screen to try cleaning those out at your own risk.
The camera is supplied with a spare pack of batteries, its original manual, neck strap, a body cap, two rear lens caps and the aforementioned lenses which are both defect-free, and one aluminium Olympus OM-mount to Canon EF-mount adapter ring.
Note that this adapter ring has a small pin which it uses to press against an arm present on the lenses for closing down their apertures; this pin's position is such that it cannot close down the 50mm all the way to f/16 from f/11. Focus confirmation can still be achieved on Canon DSLRs by simply holding whichever button you have assigned to AF and focusing back and forth until you hear beeping or see your AF confirmation lights for the points you've selected light up, and metering works fine if you meter using the aperture you intend shooting at or adjusting your exposure settings appropriately while shooting in full manual.
The 80-200mm has been cleaned and as far as I can tell is clear right through. The 50mm has some dust on the inside which doesn't seem to affect its image.
