 Beautiful piece. Plating overall in good condition.  Minimal signs of ageing, as can be seen from pics. Sapphire crystal. Aftermarket leather strap. The watch has some funky, but not so funny way, of setting the minute hand.  A small push-inn, built-inn button in crown has to be depressed, and then the second hand spins at double speed. In order to set the minute hand you then need the hand-eye coordination of Mohammed Ali, in his prime, to get the setting right. The inside pin sometimes got stuck as the piece was in storage for many years.  It has been lubricated by a watchmaker whilst servicing the watch.  With use, It should sort itself out eventually. But there is a way to work around this if needed. To set the minutes correctly, use the crown and advance an hour. Keep the crown in out position. Take a quick catnap...and when the hour cometh , so cometh the man! Push back crown. And there you go! The watch is on time within 15 or so seconds per day!  This exercise should be therefore not required too often. Free shipping!
