It's not stamped for silver, but it looks like silver. I'm not sure if it's WW1 or WW2, but appears to made for people with family members on active service. This particular one must've been worn by the father of someone on active service.
Postage to Europe via Aramex is R600 (I don't use DHL anymore as they were getting too greedy with their pricing)
