About the first 60 pages of this book are loose for about a centimeter along the bottom edge. There is some writing and staining on the first page. More than that the pages are in excellent condition and looks like new. The cover is a bit frayed along the edges and there’s some tearing along the spine. Soft cover. Basically the book is in very good condition.
