When using Ephedrine, it is important to follow proper dosing schedules based on your body weight and weight loss goals. Do not exceed 75-100mg in a 24 hour period and avoid taking HYPER BURN on an empty stomach. For best results, it is recommended to take HYPER BURN 45 minutes to 1 hour before meals, up to 3 times a day. To start, take one capsule per day, ideally 30 minutes before your workout or breakfast. DIRECTIONS
