What kind of fabric is jacquard?

An Intrinsic and Ornate Solid Bronze Frame is secured around the Print itself
The Print as well as the Bronze Frame AND the Velvet Frame around it are in PERFECT condition. The GLASS which covers the Print is also in PERFECT condition
The Original Painting from which this Print was made was Painted By Dutch Artist GERARD TER BORCH in 1658. It is currently in the National Gallery of Art-Washington
