Original 2003 Gibraltar One Pound (£1) coin featuring the crowned portrait of Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse.
The reverse depicts the famous image of St. George slaying the dragon, surrounded by the Latin inscription AMICUS CHRISTI GEORGIUS (George, the friend of Christ).

This coin was issued by the Government of Gibraltar, a British Overseas Territory, and is struck in nickel-brass. Although legal tender in Gibraltar, its also a sought-after piece by collectors of British Commonwealth coinage and St. George-themed designs.
