We promise that each dress is of highest quality, good fabric and workmanship. It will be 90%+ similar as the picture, but we cannot promise that the dress is exactly the same as in the picture. No supplier can promise that it will be 100% the same!

MEASUREMENTS • Taking your measurements has to be done correctly! There is no room for errors. • We suggest that you ask a professional / seamstress to assist you with the measurements. Always get someone else to take your measurements for you. Measuring yourself will give inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment. • Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress • Do not measure over other clothing • We will make dresses as per the measurements provided. We can promise the dress will fit you very well – as long as you provide the correct measurements. • Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required or fabric elasticity, a finished gown may vary approximately an inch in either direction. As soon as I receive your order I will send you an email with all instructions I require, as well as an illustrated list of measurements that I need. DELIVERY • It takes anything between two (2) to four (4) weeks to finish the order to perfection. • For some special dresses with many beading and/or embroidery it takes anything between four (4) to eight (8) weeks to finish the order to perfection. • These are just general guidelines, but an order could be finished in a much shorter time, even as quick as a week. • After an order has been completed you will be informed and the package will be sent to you – delivery of which will take approximately 1-7 working days – depending on your chosen method of shipping and/or posting.
RETURN POLICY • We do not accept any returns, exchanges or issue refunds on custom-made dresses. Therefore – it is your (the customer’s) responsibility to order the right size, colour and style, since all sales are final. • We only accept returns in the case of damaged or incorrectly delivered dresses. Therefore – we are limited to accepting returns under similar circumstances. We carefully inspect every dress to ensure it is exactly what you ordered and only send it in absolutely perfect condition. However – if you find something we missed, you have seven (7) working days after receipt of the parcel to let us know so that we can remedy the situation as soon as possible. Failure to contact us within seven (7) working days after receiving the dress, shall not valid for any refund. • Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for a gown being made in the incorrect size if inaccurate measurements were given when placing the order.
