“ONSE MENSE” is a book consisting of 22 charcoal drawings by Marie Stander. Each drawing is accompanied by a poem that was specifically created for it by one of 22 different poets. The people depicted in the drawings are from Jamestown, Stellenbosch. The original drawings are life-size and has been reduced to the format of the book.
