Product OverviewThe MM74HC240WM is an inverting 3-state Buffer utilizes advanced silicon-gateCMOS technology. It possesses high drive current outputs which enable high speedoperation even when driving large bus capacitances. This circuit achieves speedscomparable to low power Schottky devices, while retaining the advantage of CMOScircuitry, high noise immunity and low power consumption. It has a fan-out of 15LS-TTL equivalent inputs. The MM74HC240 is an inverting buffer and has twoactive LOW enables (1G and 2G).
