This coin is a special R5 minted by the SA Mint on "Oom Paul", which is the oldest working mint press in the world. The mintmark features a miniature mint press and the letters "CW" (Coin World).
This coin was only struck yesterday (19 November 2007) and I had the pleasure of watching them put the coins together and then watching while the coins were being struck on "Oom Paul"!
