This nice big hunk of rough opal is 23cm x 12 cm x 9.5 cm.
It still has some good honest Karoo dust on it.
There is a beautiful little crystal formation of about 1 cm x 2 cm on the one side.
Another spot close by also has a few small crystals. Clear quartz I think.
