We are a registered business (2007/252706/23) trading from our own premises in Naboomspruit, as well as through an office in Jackson, Tennessee in the USA.

Our mission
Although we are also photography fanatics, we do not sell photographic equipment as a hobby, or to make a bit of pocket money. In spite of the fact that we trade with the purpose of being a profitable business, our number one priority will always be CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Warranty issues
Most of the equipment we sell is imported from the USA, and as such, sold with a USA manufacturers' warranty. For an individual this would pose a problem, as sorting out a warranty claim could be a daunting task. Our customers do not have to fear this, as all warranty issues are handled by our South African office on your behalf, via our USA office.

Mack Camera & Video Service was established in 1938, so you can rest assured that your equipment will be protected if it needs service. Our Extended Warranty is designed to give the best total protection for equipment for the life of the warranty.
Mack Camera affords an international customer the ability to utilize any manufacturer authorized service center to repair their unit. Just contact our International Service department for instructions.
