Optex XWave2 WNX40 Wireless PIR

The Optex XWave2 WNX40 is a wireless motion detector suitable for indoors domestic or commercial installations. It offers a detection angle of 85 degrees and a distance of 12 metres. This detector has radio frequency interference protection of 20V/m and a selectable pulse count of either 2 or 4. With an excellent tolerance to spot temperature changes from movements of blinds, curtains and nuisance animals, the WNX40 uses Optex's patented Quad Zone Logic to accurately discriminate between humans and other sources of infrared heat thereby making it pet friendly. The XWave2 allows for easy enrolling of device by simply adding the battery when in learn mode. It also enhances battery life due to the continual self-correcting capability of the system which learn the environment and adapts power output to optimise the battery life. Furthermore, xwave2 devices allow for bi-directional communication meaning they can transmit and receive messages.
