Scarce Orange Free State (British Occupation) 1900 Certified top marginal vertical pair of (1/2d on 1/2d) orange stamps with the top stamp having the Variety "1/2d value omitted due to the Surcharge Overprint having shifted downwards" (SACC 49f). The Upper stamp with the Variety is creased. The vertical pair of stamps are in unmounted mint condition (MNH) with a hinge remnant in the top margin..
