Orange Free State & Orange River Colony - Rare V.R.I. Overprints & King Edward VII Issues - Unmounted Mint
Listing Description
Headline: A Quality Selection of Historical South African Philately
Offered here is an exceptional, carefully curated selection of stamps from the Orange Free State and the Orange River Colony, spanning the period of British Occupation and the early King Edward VII era. Each item is in immaculate, superb unmounted mint (UMM) condition, representing the highest standard for collectors.
Technical Note on Adhesive:
These stamps feature their original, water-soluble gum arabic (acacia gum) backing. While this reflects the authentic production methods of the period, please note that, as with all high-quality vintage multiples, there may be minor, natural perforation separations consistent with their age.
