Instructions for Using BIZinBOX Classic Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)

BIZinBOX Classic HTV, a heat transfer vinyl with a carrier sheet on top and a heat-activated adhesive on the underside, is the perfect solution for your design needs. The carrier sheet stays on while cutting, holding the design together. Therefore, when cutting, the HTV should be placed carrier sheet down and set to mirror.

Quick Reference:

Temperature: 150°C
Time: 20-50 seconds
Peel: Warm or cold
Washing resistance up to 60 degrees C, best inside out.
Do not use bleach or other aggressive chemical agents.
Do not dry clean.
Suitable for cotton cycle tumble dry.

Application Instructions:
This range can be applied to stretch fabrics, with heavy pressure.

Cut the vinyl on a mirror.
Weed excess vinyl.
Preheat the garment for 2-3 seconds.
Place the vinyl on the garment.
Using heavy pressure, press at 150°C for 30-50 seconds.
Hot or cold peel the carrier sheet.
Wait at least 24 hours after application before washing.
Note: Application instructions are based on using a heat press. If using a home iron or easy press, ensure that it is done on a hard flat surface (not an ironing board), and use heavy pressure.
